Warranty Policy

At GameX, we are committed to providing high-quality products and support. All products sold on our website are covered under the following warranty terms.


1. General Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

GameX covers manufacturing defects in materials, design, or workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Terms

  • Warranty period depends on the product and follows the manufacturer’s terms.

  • Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from GameX.

  • The original invoice is required to validate claims.

  • If a warranty card was included, it must also be provided.

  • Repairs or replacements do not extend the warranty period.

  • Warranty coverage is valid only within the UAE.


2. Devo Product & Monitor Warranty Policy

Devo products sold on GameX are covered under Devo’s warranty terms, with GameX as your point of contact for all claims.

A. Devo Product & Furniture Warranty

1-Year Warranty Covers:

  • Monitor cables

  • Gaming mouses & mouse pads

  • Floor pads & monitor arms

  • Keyboards

  • Mechanical parts of chairs (gas lift, tilt, casters)

  • Structural parts of tables

Excludes:

  • Upholstery, armrests, padding

  • Cosmetic damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs

  • Assembly errors or lack of maintenance

Note: Replacement parts may be refurbished and carry the original warranty period.


B. Devo Monitor Warranty

IPS / VA Monitors – 5-Year Warranty

  • First 3 years: Full coverage

  • Years 4–5: Excludes normal backlight dimming

  • Dead Pixel Policy:

    • Within 30 days: Any = replacement

    • After 30 days: More than 3 or larger than 3mm = replacement

  • 30-Day Accidental Damage: One-time incident only

OLED Monitors – 3-Year Warranty

  • Similar coverage as IPS monitors

  • Burn-in is not covered (due to static images or modified OSD settings)

Cleaning Guidelines:

  • Use Devo screen cleaner or a dry microfiber cloth only

  • Avoid chemicals or wet tissues

  • Scratches from improper cleaning are not covered


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted by emailing support@gamex.ae from your registered GameX email.

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Detailed issue description

Use the subject: Warranty Claim – Order #[Your Order Number]

You’ll receive a response within 3 working days with next steps.


Pickup & Delivery Warranty Service (If Eligible)

  • Pickup to service center: 6 working days

  • Repair time: 14 working days

  • Return to customer: 5 working days

Guidelines:

  • Items must be packed securely in the original packaging.

  • All accessories must be included.

  • Address used in your request will be used for both pickup and delivery.

  • Any changes to the address must be communicated to support@gamex.ae beforehand.


Important Notes

  • Warranty excludes damages from misuse, accidents, liquid contact, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Customers are responsible for backing up data and removing passwords before service.

  • Items not collected within 30 days of claim completion may be disposed of without compensation.

  • GameX is not responsible for data loss, cosmetic damage, or missing accessories during servicing.
