GameX Cancel Order Policy

At GameX, we aim to offer flexibility and transparency when it comes to canceling orders. Please review our cancellation policy carefully.

1. General Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
  • Digital products and gift cards cannot be canceled after delivery.

2. How to Cancel an Order

Follow these steps to cancel your order:

  1. Log in to your GameX account.
  2. Navigate to the “My Orders” section.
  3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  4. Click on the “Cancel Order” button.
  5. Confirm your cancellation request.

3. Cancellation Charges

Cancellation fees may apply in certain situations:

  • No charges for cancellations made within the first 24 hours.
  • A processing fee may apply for cancellations after order processing has begun.
  • Digital orders may incur a 10% restocking fee.

4. Refund Policy for Canceled Orders

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days for credit/debit card payments.
  • Instant refunds for wallet or store credit payments.

5. Order Status and Cancellation Eligibility

Check the status of your order before requesting cancellation:

  • Orders marked as “Processing” can still be canceled.
  • Orders marked as “Shipped” cannot be canceled.
  • Digital orders delivered via email are non-cancelable.

6. Special Conditions

Additional conditions for cancellations:

  • Pre-ordered items cannot be canceled within 7 days of release.
  • Bulk orders may have separate cancellation terms.
