GameX Return Order Policy
At GameX, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging for a full refund.
- Items that are damaged or used will not be eligible for a return.
- Games and digital content cannot be returned once they have been opened or activated.
- Accessories must be in new condition with all original packaging and tags.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Send an email from your registered GameX account email to support@gamex.ae.
Make sure to include the following details:
Order Number
Item(s) you wish to return
Use the subject line: Return Order# [Your Order Number]
You will receive return instructions within 3 working days.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds for digital purchases may take longer, depending on the payment processor.
- If you paid with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to your gift card balance.
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If we provide a return label, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to availability.
- Returned items must meet the same eligibility criteria as outlined in the “Return Eligibility” section.
