Payments & Transactions

• We accept Visa and MasterCard (debit/credit) in AED only.

• The checkout currency will match what is displayed on your transaction receipt.

• Cardholders must retain copies of their transaction records and GameX policies.

Important Note:

As per banking regulations, the following countries are restricted from transactions and must not appear in the country dropdown or payment system:

Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, Yemen.

We also do not accept cards or payments from these countries.

Pricing & Product Descriptions
